Katie Lowes

Most well-known for her part in the wildly popular ABC show "Scandal," actor Katie Lowes started out with little other than a desire to perform on stage. Born and raised in Queens, New York, Lowes was a social youngster who was a natural at acting or sing with the family and friends. Lowes was different from other kids who like to entertain their peers did not let her love to perform fade away as she matured. Lowes only became more committed and focused on her art, and eventually enrolled in the highly regarded Tisch School of the Arts in New York University. In 2002 she would prove her talent with the starring part in "Four Saints of Mexico", a Tisch production. Later, she would go on to become a professional. Lowes had some notable appearances throughout her career, including a role in the pilot of the FX show "Rescue me". But, she was mostly employed as a nanny to the son of Connie Britton. The actor was able to get the part of Quinn Perkins as Quinn Perkins in Shonda Rhimes' political thriller "Scandal", (ABC, 2012to). The actress immediately felt a connection with her character because her name as a middle child, Quinn, is also identical to her name. Lowes became a household face as well as a name because of the TV show. The actress also had a relationship with Adam Shapiro who she married in the year 2012. Katie Katie Katie
