Hayley Orrantia, an American performer, actress and songwriter. Most people know the name as Erica Goldberg, from the television comedy 'The Goldbergs. But she is primarily musician. According to her, music is the first thing that interests her. It's something she is experimenting in since the age of nine years old. At the age of 12 years old, music was serious enough for her to start training professionally. In 2013, she took on songwriting and produced her first album. The music hasn't budged to the past since. Orrantia is a native American and has Hispanic roots. Despite the fact that she only spoke English throughout her childhood and never been to Mexico, Orrantia is extremely happy with her Hispanic background. To keep it, she has learned Spanish and created songs using the language. One of her attempts was an original Spanish song titled 'Hasta Verte..' Orrantia participated in The X Factor season 1's auditions during the summer 2011. Orrantia was chosen out of a YouTube video and was awarded the judges' four "yes" votes from the judges in the live audition stage at Seattle, Washington. Her initial audition was an individual performer. However, following "Hollywood Week", three other female performers were added to a group to continue the auditions. The group was eliminated at final show.
