Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise was an American singer, actress, and writer, best known as Ginger Grant from the TV show Gilligan's Island. The actress began her career as a stage artist during the 1950s, beginning with Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. Then she appeared in a number of Broadway shows before becoming an international star together with Li'l Abner, in the year 1957. The same year, she debuted her debut music album called This is Tina Time. Louise debuted in Hollywood with God's Little Acre which was a dramatic released in 1958. She played Griselda who was a character from the movie. She was enrolled at Actors Studio, New York at the time, and later became Lee Strasberg's pupil. The next role she starred in was from 1964, when she signed with CBS to play Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise kept juggling her work between Broadway as well as Hollywood, portraying more somber characters as contrast to her image of being a glamour girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 & Sanctuary however she also established herself as an effective television director in various series like Supernatural as well as The 100. She was born on the 28th of August, 1965, in Essex. When she was 3, her family moved her to Toronto which is where she spent the majority of her childhood. She settled in Vancouver after she was selected for the role of Samantha Carter.
